Book A Passport appointment

To schedule an appointment for your passport, please ensure you have a current Portuguese Citizen Card. If it has expired this will need to be renewed before your passport application can be processed.

Please download and print the form below and fill in the personal details & bring to your appointment as well as your current Portuguese Citizen card and your expired passport.

You will receive a confirmation email for your appointment which will advise you of the cost for the passport.
